Camp Keep Student Sponorship

Dear Parents and Guardians,

The Downtown Booster Club is proud to support our students and their educational journey, and one of the most enjoyable experiences we have had the privilege to fund is Camp KEEP for our 6th graders. For many years, the Booster Club has been fortunate to cover all costs associated with Camp KEEP. This week-long field trip provides students with an unforgettable opportunity to connect with nature, develop teamwork skills, and explore science in a hands-on, real-world environment. It’s an experience that enriches their education and fosters memories that last a lifetime.

Due to rising economic costs of Camp KEEP, which is at $18k a year and rising, our fundraising efforts are no longer sufficient to fully cover the program's expenses. To make this experience possible for all students, we must ask for your support. We are requesting a contribution of $100 per student to help cover the remaining costs. This contribution will ensure that our upcoming 6th grade class will continue to benefit from the experience of Camp KEEP. 

If you are able to give more than the requested amount, your generosity will help ensure that all students, regardless of financial circumstances, can attend Camp KEEP. For families who may find this amount challenging, we are exploring options for additional support and encourage you to reach out to us confidentially. 

Thank you for your understanding and for being part of a community that values education and supports our students. Your tax deductible contribution to Camp KEEP will be paid directly to Boosters as we write the final check directly to Camp KEEP. All money for Camp KEEP from this 5th grade class will go directly to this upcoming 6th grade field trip and will not be mixed with any other classes. 

Your contribution for Camp KEEP can be completed through the Future Fund QR code below or you may write a check to Downtown Boosters and write “Camp KEEP Donation” and your child’s name in the comment section.
